My Journey Begins
Becoming a mother in my 30s, navigating the noise around parenting, wondering where my career would lead me, the changing world, re-focusing my marriage and supporting aging parents; it felt like it all came at once. Tahera Vawda Psychotherapy Services started from my deep commitment to offering compassionate, patient-centered care supporting those going through a similar journey as myself.
